Our Holiday from the 27/07/23 to 10/08/23 and our room was 1801. What a great Hotel It is just right for Adults, peaceful and quiet. Our room was kept clean and tidy the cleaner was first class. The Restaurant from the food to staff and the Manager was excellent you could not fault it. What I did notice was the Hotel Manager walking around and stopping to talk to the quests, which often you don't see well done to you. The hotel is in the right location for Restaurants, Bars and water sports shops E.T.C. For the 2 weeks whist we were there the staff made all the better and we would like to thank you all God bless and be safe x
Altogether a lovely hotel. Our only complaint would be lack of seating area in the grounds ( we not pool people) with umbrellas for shade. Our room only had two extremely uncomfortable upright chairs on balcony, I would recommend paying more and having a swim up room as with these you get loungers and a table and chairs. The staff very good, rooms very clean. My husband( cos he is taking blood thinners bleeds very heavily) unfortunately cut his leg on corner of bed and when we apologised at reception going into dinner about the amount of blood on duvet, when we got back to room it had been changed. Bedding does appear to changed everyday, plus fresh towels.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it for couples looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Staff were excellent & the hotel is very clean. Restaurants & bars are a 2minute walk outside the hotel.
A very friendly place. The staff makes you feel really comfortable and is very helpful. Everybody is smiling, friendly, and iwilling to help you. The accommodation was great and all the facilities are perfect. As for the quality of the food and the variety of the sweets, there are no words to describe them
Just returned from a week's holiday and what a wonderful relaxing holiday it was. The hotel was everything we wanted it to be. From the moment we checked the staff were amazing. Everyone was attentive, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. The food in both restaurants was soooo... good you were spoiled for choice. Definitely a place to stay if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time. Highly recommended.
